These "inner children" often carry unmet needs and unresolved feelings that show up in adult life as emotional triggers, self-sabotage, or limiting beliefs. Inner Child Work doesn’t mean reliving the past ... it means offering your younger self what they needed, now, from the grounded and capable adult you’ve become. With time, this creates a sense of inner coherence, where all parts of you feel welcome, integrated, and aligned.
