Our Approach to Healing
At Return to Self Counselling, I offer a compassionate, integrative, and client-centered approach to therapy. Through a trauma informed lens, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Inner Child Healing, and Narrative Therapy. My work is both structured and deeply holistic.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why I tailor each sessions to honour your unique story, needs, and strengths. As a team, we gently navigate your thoughts, emotions, and the deeper internal parts that may carry unresolved pain or outdated patterns from the past. This process not only fosters emotional awareness and resilience but also supports a reconnection with your true self.
